ABOUT THERESA
I have 25 years of experience working as a therapist for children, adolescents, families, and adults. I work with people who are dealing with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, PTSD, grief/loss, trauma, self-image, and any stresses related to race or sexual identity/orientation. I am licensed and certified in individual therapy as well as couples and sex therapy.
My counseling style is warm, accepting, and empowering. I use a combination of counseling techniques to suit your needs. I am client-centered which means I help you reach YOUR goals and dreams.
I am affirming of the LGBTQ community as well as people who engage in alternative spiritual practices.
Just like the lotus, we, too, have the ability to rise from the mud, bloom out of the darkness, and radiate into the world.
